Boat owners are permitted to do their own maintenance on their vessels and have contractors of their choice perform work on their vessels. We do require boat owners to ensure a clean work area and use ground cloths and vacuums when sanding or scraping bottoms and doing related work. Contractors must be insured.

We offer winterization on most engines and shrink wrapping services for all shapes and sizes of boats.

During summer months, we do offer storage with 24/7 in/out access for trailered boats. This option is a great way to keep your boat close to local boat ramps in South Portland to use as you desire, without needing to take up space in your garage or driveway.

Outdoor Storage
$0.75/sf/month**

Jackstands
$30/stand per season (summer/winter)

Summer boat/trailer storage (with in/out access)

Summer seasonal trailer storage (no in/out access)
$250 for a single axle trailer
$300 for double/triple axle trailer

Mast storage
$10/foot per season (summer/winter)

• Outside, on rack, maximum length 50’

• Spreaders must be removed and all stays/shrouds/halyards must be well secured to mast.

Shrink wrapping
$19/linear foot (Up to 25’)
$24/linear foot (26 - 35’)
$30/linear foot (36’ and over)

• Additional charges will apply for high stacks, masts or other unusual configurations.
